Clarendon, N8 is a new 12-acre development by St William that sits between Hornsey, Wood Green and the expansive Alexandra Park. Part of the Haringey Heartlands Regeneration, Clarendon will provide 1700 new homes along with landscape gardens and open spaces to provide a new city village.

With phase one encompassing Hornsey Park Place complete, further phases are in development and there is plenty of interest from buyers and tenants alike.
